Mack Allan

MD, South at BaxterStorey

Mack Allan is currently the MD of South at BaxterStorey. Mack has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, having worked their way up from Operations Manager to their current position.

Allan began their career in the British Army, where they served for five years as a member of the Army Catering Corps. Mack then transitioned to the private sector, working for Sodexo for nine years before moving to ARAMARK. At ARAMARK, Allan launched most of the new facilities at Credit Suisse in Canary Wharf.

Allan joined BaxterStorey in 2000 and served as Operations Director for 11 years. In their current role as MD of South, Allan is responsible for overseeing all operations in the southern region of the UK.

Mack Allan completed a City & Guilds in Food Science from the Army School of Catering. Mack also attended Dunblane High School, Crieff Primary School, Lochee Primary School, and Tullibardine Primary School.

They are on a team with Jeremy Wood - MD, North & Scotland, Rob Brown - Head of IT, and Mike Malloy - MD, Europe. Mack Allan reports to Ronan Harte, Chief Executive.
