Bay Area Community Resources (BACR)
Brenda Cain serves as BACR's HR Director, bringing 15 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining BACR, she managed the HR function at small to mid-sized companies in restaurant, retail, and solar construction.
Brenda graduated from CSU, Chico with a Bachelors in HR Management. Brenda has been with BACR since 2014 and currently manages a team of talented HR professionals who bring expertise, compassion, and support to the BACR employee community.

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) promotes the healthy development of individuals, families and communities through direct services, volunteerism and partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area. BACR's diverse programs focus on After School Programs, Youth Development, Alcohol and Drugs, Tobacco, and Mental Health, National Service, Healthy Communities, and Fiscal Sponsorship.
