Shafkat Mustafa

Shafkat Mustafa has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Shafkat currently serves as the First Vice President at Bay Developments Ltd., where they focus on providing exceptional support to clients and achieving business goals. Shafkat has also held the position of General Manager - Global Marketing at General Pharmaceuticals Limited, where they developed and implemented strategic marketing plans for foreign markets. Prior to that, they worked at BASF Bangladesh Limited as the Head of Corporate Communications, Marketing Services & Business Advocacy, and at BASF Grameen Limited as the Manager of Sales & Marketing. Shafkat has also served as the Head of International Marketing at Opsonin Pharma Ltd and as the Export in-charge at Aristopharma Ltd. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills while achieving sales targets and implementing business plans.

Shafkat Mustafa completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Assumption University from 2000 to 2002.
