Danielle Slaton is a seasoned professional in sports administration and community engagement, currently serving as the Co-Founder of NWSL to the Bay. With extensive experience as a Soccer Analyst and Sideline Reporter for major networks including AppleTV, ESPN, NBC Sports, Fox Sports, and Pac-12 Networks, Danielle also held significant roles at Santa Clara University, including Director of External Relations and Director of the Coaching for Life Academy. Additionally, Danielle contributed as a Trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance. Educationally, Danielle earned a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Santa Clara University.

Bay FC is the National Women’s Soccer League’s 14th expansion team located in Bay Area California set to play their inaugural season in March 2024. Bay FC’s mission is to build the most valuable women’s soccer club in the world that is player-led, fan focused and positively impacts the community through promoting diversity, equality, inclusion by uniting the Bay and the world through the game of soccer.
