Rick Smedley

Rick Smedley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering and design management. Currently serving as the Principal Hardware Engineer at Bay Microsystems since May 2008, Rick previously held the position of Design Manager at ATMEL from April 2003 to May 2008. Prior roles include Design Leader at PMC-Sierra from 1998 to 2003 and MTS at Hughes Network Systems from 1993 to 1996. Rick Smedley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland between 1988 and 1992.
