Alla Mamalyha

Alla Mamalyha is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Adaptation Department at Bayadera Group since February 2021, Alla is responsible for annual HR budgeting, vacancy closure (ranging from 5 to 10 managerial positions monthly), and team development initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Альянс Строителей Украины, Head of Recruitment and Adaptation Sector at FSC "Farmak," and HR Business Partner at Carbon Invest. Additional experience also includes positions at Retail Group and Business Active, where Alla managed recruitment processes and developed strategic HR initiatives. Alla holds a master's degree in Administrative Management from НТУУ "Киевский политехнический институт" and a specialist degree in Finance from Черниговский государственный институт экономики и управления.
