Breanda Goralski

Breanda Goralski has developed extensive experience in application management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as VP of Applications at BayCare Health System since January 2003. In this role, Breanda is part of the HR/Financial systems support team, addressing the needs of over 26,000 employees through various systems including ERP and Performance Management. Previous positions at BayCare included Director and Manager of Applications, with responsibilities spanning system support for Learning Management Systems and HR applications. Breanda also held leadership roles as President and Treasurer of the Florida Lawson User Group from December 2009 to January 2024. Prior to this, experience included serving as Office Manager/Realtor at Century 21 Weinert Realty. Breanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
