Randall Deal has been working in the industry since 2010. Randall began their career at ITW Texwipe as a Regional Sales Manager, selling contamination control products to companies that manufacture and operate in controlled environments. Randall then moved to Airgas in 2014, where they held the roles of Director of Safety & Construction Sales and Safety Specialist. In 2022, Randall Deal took on the role of Southeast Region Manager at both Nightstick and Bayco Products, Inc.
Randall Deal completed a Master of Science Degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University in 1991, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University in 1990.
