Arthur Enns

Arthur Enns is an experienced professional in operations management and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Operations Management & Transformation at Bayer since March 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing a large R&D facility, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability, and leading organizational change initiatives. Previous roles at Bayer also involved managing CapEx contracting and project management for significant projects. Prior to Bayer, positions with HOCHTIEF included project management and design management across various engineering and construction projects, while earlier experience included roles at Donges Steeltec and as a project engineer supporting project management. Arthur Enns holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Diplom-Ingenieurin from FH Münster.
