Benjamin Minow

Benjamin Minow currently serves as the VP - Product Lead CGT Portfolio at Bayer since November 2024. Prior roles include VP of Global Manufacturing and Managing Director at WuXi Biologics Germany, as well as board membership for WuXi Biologics Ireland, from May 2022 to October 2024. Previously, Benjamin held various positions at Bayer Pharmaceuticals between January 2016 and May 2022, including VP of Cell & Gene Therapy Industrialization and Director of Biologics Development Strategy & Projects. Additional experience includes a managerial role in Upstream Manufacturing at Boehringer Ingelheim and leadership in Cell Culture at Rentschler Biotechnologie, where responsibilities encompassed process optimization and GMP compliant production. Benjamin holds a Dr. Ing. in Biotechnology from Technische Universität Berlin and an Engineer's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
