Jacqueline Benson McRoberts

Jacqueline Benson McRoberts currently serves as the Head of Global Digital Strategy and Operations at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Head of Global Digital Systems Design at Bayer Crop Science, focusing on Vegetable R&D from June 2018. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Crop Efficiency and Quality Editing Platform Lead and North America Trait Integration Varietal Lead at Monsanto Company between July 2013 and June 2018. Jacqueline holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Breeding and Genetics from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
