Shane Holdaway

Shane Holdaway currently serves as the HR Site Lead for Bayer at the Myerstown facility, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Shane was the Human Resources Lead at Brigham Young University from January 2022 to November 2022 and the Human Resources Director at Edwards Lifesciences from April 2020 to January 2022. Shane's extensive experience in human resources also includes time at MetLife, where Shane served as Assistant Vice President for Investment Management and Marketing and as Human Resources Director. Additionally, Shane worked as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Merck and held the role of Compensation Director at Fairbanks Capital. Shane's educational background includes a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in History Teaching from Brigham Young University.
