Tierdyn Cleminson is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and IT leadership with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation & IT Lead Pharma at Bayer Pharmaceuticals since May 2014, Tierdyn also holds the position of Systematic Inventive Thinking iCoach, focusing on the sustainable implementation of innovative ideas. As the Innovation Ambassador for Bayer Canada, Tierdyn is responsible for developing and executing the innovation strategy across all divisions.
