Joerg Pfeiffer

Joerg Pfeiffer currently serves as Product Manager at Bayerischer Rundfunk's AI + Automation Lab since March 2022 and is the Founder of Happy & Trails 22 UG, where innovative travel guide concepts are being developed. Previously, Joerg held the position of Product Manager for Automated Content & Data Journalism at dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH from February 2020 to March 2021 and was part of Google News Lab in Berlin from March 2016 to February 2020, specializing in Google Trends and data journalism. Additional experience includes roles such as Online-Storytelling Trainer at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Lecturer for Online Journalism at Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Joerg's early career featured contributions to SPIEGEL ONLINE, including a video column, multimedia format development, and the creation of interactive travel reports. Joerg holds a Diplom Designer degree in photo, video, and multimedia development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
