Uli Köppen

Uli Köppen is a seasoned media professional currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Bayerischer Rundfunk since September 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing AI strategy, ethical workflows, and leading the AI Board. Köppen has also held roles such as Head of AI + Automation Lab and Head of BR Data, focusing on interdisciplinary data journalism and innovative algorithmic methods.
