Erika G. has over 15 years of experience in operations and administration across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Firm Administration at BayPine since July 2019, Erika previously held roles at PillPack as Operations Program Manager and People Ops & Payroll Manager from March 2017 to July 2019. Prior experience includes working at Bain Capital as an Executive Assistant from May 2010 to March 2017, at SVG Advisers Inc. as an Administrative/Marketing Assistant from August 2007 to May 2010, and at Boston Trinity Academy as a Music Teacher from September 2005 to August 2007. Erika holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice from Berklee College of Music, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
