David Rustic

David Rustic, PMP, has extensive experience in IT project management and leadership, currently serving as the IT Team Leader for Corporate Human Resources at Baystate Health since June 2012. In this role, David has led the Workday HCM Implementation and managed strategic initiatives to enhance workforce operations and reduce costs within Finance and Human Resource divisions. Previously, David held various managerial and analytical positions at Accenture, the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and other notable organizations. David earned a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelors in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University.
