Melanie Bischoff, RACR, currently serves as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Baystate Health, one of New England’s largest integrated healthcare organizations. With a career that includes over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment at CHI Health at Home, Melanie has successfully recruited diverse healthcare professionals across multiple fields, earning recognition as the company's Ambassador of the Year. Prior experience includes a role as an Office Coordinator at Diversified Clinical Services, where responsibilities encompassed patient registration and office management, as well as various roles in recruitment, administration, and customer service. Melanie holds an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Clark State College.
