Michael Guss

Michael Guss is the First Vice President of the Legal Department at Bayview Asset Management, where their practice includes Hedge Fund creation and management, distressed asset acquisitions and dispositions, structured finance, bankruptcy and mortgage servicing. Prior to joining Bayview, Michael worked as Counsel at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and as an Associate Attorney at JONES DAY®. Michael holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University at Buffalo.
