Earlier in the career, Gordon worked as an Associate in the Marine, Energy & Trade group at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP from March 2010 to February 2012 and as an Associate in the International Trade & Arbitration group at RPC law firm from September 2003 to March 2010. The legal journey began as a Trainee Solicitor at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP from September 2001 to September 2003. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Aberdeen, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Nottingham Law School.
