Ashwin Shetty has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Ashwin started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, where they performed research on aircraft acquisition factors and managed a team for a research project funded by the FAA. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Marketing at BBAM LLC, where they focus on marketing and sales of new and off-lease commercial jet aircraft, particularly targeting airlines and investors in Africa and the Middle-East. Ashwin also handles aircraft trading sales of on-lease assets.

Ashwin Shetty began their education in 1999 at Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Ashwin completed this degree in 2004. Subsequently, they attended Purdue University from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Aviation Technology, specializing in Airline Operations and Management.
