Shawn Xiao Wang has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Shawn Xiao started their career as a Quality Engineer at SIA Engineering Company in 2006. From there, they worked as a Technical Consultant at CAE Parc Aviation from 2009 to 2013. Shawn Xiao then joined CIT Aerospace Ltd Pte as a technical Assistant Vice President from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they served as a Technical Vice President at CIT AEROSPACE from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of VP Technical at BBAM LLC, starting in 2017.

Shawn Xiao Wang completed their Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Powerplant Technology/Technician from the Civil Aviation University of China between 1999 and 2003. Shawn Xiao then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Aviation from RMIT University from 2004 to 2005.
