Stuart Shaw

Stuart Shaw is an accomplished entertainment executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy, production, and content distribution. Currently serving as Exec Producer for "Agatha Christie on Writing" at BBC Maestro, Stuart has been integral to the course's development and launch. Recently transitioning to the role of Commercial Director at BBC Maestro, the focus is on expanding off-platform revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative deals. Prior experience includes significant roles at Agatha Christie Limited as a Non-Executive Director, at AMC Networks as Managing Director of International, and at Miramax and Paramount Pictures in various marketing and sales positions. A graduate of the University of Reading with a BSc Hons in Human Geography, Stuart has a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing commercial opportunities across multiple facets of the entertainment industry.
