Irene Perez currently serves as a Profesora Colaboradora at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, focusing on account management and strategic planning since September 2023. Additionally, Irene holds the position of Business Director at Proximity, part of BBDO & Proximity España, starting in April 2021, after an extensive tenure at dec bbdo from September 2005 to March 2022 as a Communications Project Manager. In that role, Irene managed communication for the Empresa Pública de Turismo y Deporte de Andalucía and oversaw the corporate and experiential communication for two Nestlé-Purina brands. Irene's earlier experience includes working as an account executive at Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster for Ediciones Altaya and General Optica. Irene obtained a degree in Comunicación Audiovisual from Universitat Ramon Llull.
