Leila Bailey-Stewart

Leila Bailey-Stewart is an accomplished professional in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Global Education Officer at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School since July 2018. Prior to this role, Leila held various leadership positions at City Year from 2003 to 2018, including Vice President of Recruitment and Admissions, where responsibilities included enhancing recruitment strategies and building partnerships with colleges nationwide. Leila's extensive experience also encompasses roles in program management and operations, with a proven track record of exceeding recruitment goals, developing training processes, and fostering community relationships. Education was pursued at the University of the Incarnate Word and The City College of New York.
