Eliana Marks Coplan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in philanthropic operations, education, and social justice initiatives. Currently serving as Philanthropic Operations Manager at BBYO since September 2021, Eliana previously held the role of Development Associate at J Street and worked as a Digital Literacy Instructor at Byte Back, Inc. Eliana's experience also includes a fellowship with Avodah, where engagement in anti-poverty nonprofit work and social justice workshops was central.
