Frida Ulrik-Petersen

Frida Ulrik-Petersen is an experienced sustainability and communications leader, currently serving as the Director of Sustainability and Head of Responsible Hospitality at Bellagroup since August 2022. In this role, Frida focuses on environmental and social responsibility, with a goal of achieving net-zero operations by 2050 through the development and implementation of an ESG strategy. Prior to Bellagroup, Frida held the position of Communications Lead at the Global Maritime Forum, where engagement with over 200 global maritime companies aimed at advancing deep sea zero emission vessels. Previous roles include Communications Consultant at Stryhns AS, Manager of Sustainability & Communications at Jet Time A/S, and various communications positions at organizations such as Roskilde Kommune and Rosan Bosch ApS. Frida holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and a Master's degree in Communication from Roskilde University, along with additional qualifications in CSR and Innovation.
