Stéphane Theuriau is a Partner and the Head of BC Partners Real Estate.
Stéphane joined BCP Real Estate in London in 2018 to launch the BC Partners Real Estate business. Stéphane joined Altarea Cogedim, a French-listed real estate company, where he was Group CEO. After joining Altarea in 2009, he oversaw significant growth with the market capitalization of the business increasing from €1 billion to €3 billion during his tenure. He also oversaw the successful launch and investment of AltaFund, a €650m fund raised in 2011. Prior to Altarea, Stéphane was Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he led the French and then European real estate investing businesses.
