Darius Tadaniewicz, MBA, MSc, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Information Technology & Digital Transformation at BC SPCA, focusing on enhancing animal welfare through digital collaboration. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Darius has held roles such as Strategic Technology Consultant at DTO Strategic Technology Consulting and Master of IT Operational Efficiency at Mark Anthony Group. Prior positions include Director of Information Technology at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions, Head of Information Technology at the College of Registered Nurses of BC, and managerial roles at Electronic Arts and Westland Insurance Group Ltd. Darius holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University and a Master's degree from Gdańsk University of Technology.

The BC SPCA was established over 120 years ago and we continue to grow stronger every year. We are a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in British Columbia. Today we have 44 locations throughout BC providing a wide range of services and programs to help more than 45,000 animals in distress and in need each year. The BC SPCA was created under the auspices of the provincial Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and is the only animal welfare organization in B.C. which has the authority to enforce laws relating to animal cruelty and to prepare cases for Crown Counsel for the prosecution of individuals who inflict suffering on animals.
