Hector Rivera is a seasoned Field Service Engineer with over 21 years of experience in the medical imaging field, specializing in servicing multi-modality imaging equipment such as Nuclear Medicine, MRI, and PET/CT scanners. Currently employed at Probo Medical since June 2016, Hector previously held the same role at MDIS from November 2009 to June 2016. Prior to that, Hector worked at Philips Healthcare from 1995 to August 2009, demonstrating a consistent track record of providing exceptional customer service throughout their career. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon, earned between 1976 and 1981.
