Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Strategy at BC Transit since May 2020, Chelsea previously held key roles at BC Ferries as Manager of Communications, and at the BC Oil and Gas Commission as Manager of Corporate Planning & Reporting. Chelsea's career commenced in marketing and design, including positions at St. Margaret's School, Island Art Publishers & CIP Communications, and BC Hydro. Chelsea holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Victoria, a BA in Applied Communication from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Applied Communication from Camosun College.
