Earlier experience includes supervision of internal client support at the District of Saanich, IT administration at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, and web development at the University of Victoria. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Anthropology from the University of Victoria, earned between 1994 and 2001.
