Earlier experience includes leading corporate communications and public affairs at Tourism Victoria, as well as roles in travel media relations and communications management. Tessa's educational background includes a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Victoria.
