Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at BCC Software since June 2014, Jim has held several key roles within the company, including Manager of Customer Support. Prior to this, Jim was the Vice President of Customer Support and Services at Bell and Howell from May 2011 to June 2014 and the Vice President of Customer Support at Bowe Bell + Howell from November 2002 to May 2011. Jim's diverse background includes positions in technical support, sales, production and materials management, and quality control. Jim earned an MBA from St. John Fisher University and completed training at CCS.
