Jim Bramer

Jim Bramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce effectiveness and client services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Salesforce Effectiveness at BCD Travel since September 2011, Jim has previously held roles such as Salesforce.com Administrator/CRM Specialist at Invista and Manager of Training and Communications/Salesforce.com at Shaw Industries. Prior to these positions, Jim worked as a Client Services Manager at Medco Value Plus/Medco Review. Educationally, Jim holds an Associate degree in Tourism from Spencer School of Business and has attended Chattahoochee Technical College since 2009. Early education includes graduation from Ainsworth High School.
