Pierre François Blanc is an accomplished finance and management professional with extensive experience in investment advisory, restaurant management, and business acceleration. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Advisor at FoodXpert since January 2021, Pierre François specializes in sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities. As Managing Director of Blanc Participations since April 2003, Pierre François oversees a family holding focused on restaurants and digital transformation in Paris. Additionally, Pierre François co-founded Zecoworking, a coworking and business accelerator, in January 2022 and is an Associate at Team for the Planet, aimed at deploying innovations against global warming.
