Vianca Vargas

Vianca Vargas has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Mental Health Clinician at the Center For Family Services. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they held the same position at BCFS Health & Human Services. From 2015 to 2018, Vianca worked as a Family Service Specialist at the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency, where they directly intervened with individuals and families facing complex problems and provided various services related to child welfare. In 2014, they were a Program Associate at Bancroft, and from 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Sexual Violence Advocate at the Center For Family Services. Vianca also gained experience as a Child and Family Care Assistant at the Child Abuse Research Education & Service (CARES) Institute from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Rutgers University, including Research Assistant and Teacher's Assistant. Vianca's earliest work experience was as an Asistente Educadora at Instituto Piloto De Integración Del Azuay in 2012.

Vianca Vargas pursued their education chronologically, starting from 2009 to 2012, where they attended Stockton University. Vianca earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology during this time. Moving forward, from 2013 to 2015, Vianca attended Rutgers University - Camden, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, Vianca pursued a Master of Arts - MA degree in Community and Trauma Counseling at Thomas Jefferson University.
