Micheal Noseworthy has a diverse work experience spanning across different organizations and roles. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary at Gittens & Associates. In 2010, they joined the Yukon government and held various positions including Deputy Registrar, Manager of Professional Licensing/Lawyer, Director of Employment Standards & Residential Tenancies, and Registrar & Superintendent of Professional Licensing & Regulatory Affairs. In 2016, they transitioned to the Government of British Columbia where their roles included Superintendent of Real Estate/Assistant Deputy Minister. Currently, since August 2021, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Compliance & Market Conduct at BC Financial Services Authority.

Michael Noseworthy received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Dalhousie University in 2005. Micheal then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the same institution, which they completed in 2008.
