Padmini Kodhandaraman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2011, they started their career as a Transfer Pricing Analyst at KPMG, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined RBC as a Commerical Account Manager Trainee, where they worked until 2017. Padmini then joined HSBC as an Operations Specialist on a contract basis from November 2017 to April 2018. Padmini then moved to Peoples Group, where they had two roles: Senior Regulatory Analyst from April 2018 to March 2022, and Team Lead, Regulatory Affairs from March 2022 to April 2022. Most recently, Padmini joined BC Financial Services Authority in April 2022 as a Senior Risk Analyst.
Padmini Kodhandaraman pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce which was completed from 2008 to 2011. Later, they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2012 and 2014. Padmini furthered their education by enrolling in the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from 2015 to 2016.
