Jennifer Zak

Jennifer Zak, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of People and Culture and Senior Human Resources Manager at L.E.K. Consulting from September 2014 to September 2022, as well as serving as Senior Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Associate at Cone Communications and Wayfair, respectively. Jennifer Zak began a career in human resources with an internship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2009. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Communications from Boston College, completed in 2009.
