Hugh Willis has a strong background in infrastructure and renewable resources. Hugh currently holds the position of Principal in this field at BCI since December 2021, after serving as an Associate from June 2019 to December 2021. Prior to BCI, Hugh worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from February 2017 to April 2019. Hugh also gained experience as a Summer Analyst and Winter Analyst in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in 2015. Additionally, they completed internships at Aurizon, Vincents Chartered Accountants, and National Australia Bank, where they gained valuable experience in commercial and forensic accounting, as well as project and infrastructure finance.
Hugh Willis completed their education at The University of Queensland from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) from 2002 to 2010.
