Shannon Gong's work experience includes being a Principal, ESG at BCI since October 2020. Shannon also worked as a Junior Business Manager at UBS from July 2016 to February 2017, and as an Economics & Finance Intern at the Embassy of Canada to China from January 2016 to March 2016.

Shannon Gong holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Shannon also has a Master of Finance from Queen's University. Additionally, Shannon has obtained certifications such as the BQL Academy: Equity Analyst Series and the BQL Academy: Fixed Income Analyst Series from Bloomberg LP, as well as the FSA Credential from the SASB - Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. Furthermore, they have passed Level I of the CFA exam administered by the CFA Institute.
