Jennifer Billingsley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and people operations. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at BCLC since September 2015, Jennifer has held various key roles, including Agile Coach and Strategic HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Consultant at Thompson Rivers University from April 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities involved providing strategic HR guidance to senior management. Previous roles at Finning (Canada) and Deopker Industries LTD focused on HR coordination, employee engagement, labor relations, and safety compliance. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Workplace Learning from the University of Leicester and multiple degrees from Thompson Rivers University, including a Post Baccalaureate in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
