Susan A. Pickar

Susan Pickar is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at BCS Financial Corporation since May 2014, and previously holding the positions of Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller at the same company. Additionally, Susan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plan Investment Fund, Inc. since May 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of SEC Reporting at Heller Financial and a Senior Manager position at KPMG LLP, where Susan specialized in the insurance industry through consulting for global insurance companies. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has further education from The Wharton School.
