Jackie Gervais has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the Director of Member Development at BCU since December 2010. Jackie has held several key positions at BCU, including National Mortgage Sales Manager, Regional Director, Regional Manager, and Manager II in Business Development and Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capitol Federal Savings Bank from January 1996 to October 2006 as a Consumer Loan Officer and Teller Supervisor. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Columbia College between 2011 and 2015, complementing earlier studies leading to a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the same institution.
