Sibulele Qwede

Sibulele Qwede serves as a Senior Specialist in Commercial at BCX, responsible for reviewing costing and pricing methodologies, post-deal margin management, deal structuring, and sales coordination. Previously, Sibulele held the position of Specialist in Commercial Liaison at BCX, managing Salesforce operations and sales compensation, while also contributing to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Vice Chairperson and Secretary for the Employment Equity and Skills Development Committee at Dimension Data, in addition to roles as a Commercial Specialist and a Graduate Accelerate Trainee.
