Jennifer Hawkins, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at BDA, LLC since October 2020, where involvement includes membership on the Senior Leadership Team and oversight of Human Resources Operations for the leading promotional merchandise agency. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of North American Human Resources Manager at Zumiez from 2012 to 2020, leading HR for a workforce of approximately 10,000 across North America. From 2005 to 2012, Jennifer managed human resources at the Washington Athletic Club, progressing from Benefits Administrator to Human Resources Manager, and was responsible for various HR functions and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles in employee benefits, insurance, and HR consulting at USI Kibble & Prentice from 2000 to 2005. Jennifer holds a B.S. Degree in Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
