Jon Worcester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and inventory planning. Currently serving as Sr Director Global Supply Chain at BDA, LLC since August 2020, Jon oversees global sourcing, merchandising, planning, and purchasing for a leading agency in promotional products. Previously, Jon held the position of Sr Director Global Sourcing, managing project management and sourcing teams in the US and China for direct importing of merchandise. Prior to BDA, Jon spent over eleven years at Sur La Table, where roles included Sr Director of Planning and Allocation, accountable for inventory management across a large store fleet and DTC business, as well as Director and Inventory Planner. Jon holds a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
