Rick Orlowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director of In Country Sales & Operation Enablement at BDA, LLC in Manila since November 2012, Rick also held the position of Director of Sales and Customer Experience Training, focusing on global sales teams. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from August 2006 to November 2012, where experience included positions as National Account Manager, National Account Director, and District Sales and Operations Manager, overseeing a district of 14-16 stores with annual revenues exceeding $20-30 million. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology-Psychology from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
