Sarah Goodyk

Sarah Goodyk, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of education and training, currently serving as the Educational Content and Training Coordinator at BDI since October 2014. In this role, Sarah facilitates various training programs including New Employee Orientation and Sales Training, collaborates with subject matter experts on instructional design, develops training manuals, and tracks training outcomes. Prior to this, Sarah held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Receptionist at Bearing Distributors Inc., contributing to the company's operational efficiency. Additionally, Sarah has coaching experience as the Head Coach for BuckeyeFire Volleyball from March 2010 to May 2016, where focus was on skill development for young athletes, along with earlier customer service roles as a snack bar attendant at Gleneagles Golf Club. Sarah earned a degree from The University of Akron and graduated from Nordonia High School.
